Massimo is a progressive executive leader with extensive expertise in hospitality management.  He brings over 20+ years of academic and professional experience in the hospitality industry.  As a VP of operations for various successful companies, Massimo controlled all operational aspects. From budgets and forecasting, to training managers, to to bringing creative input towards marketing strategies, Massimo never left a stone unturned.  He ran all major events and award shows including:

-The Academy Awards
-The Governor's Ball
-The Grammys
-The Daytime Emmys
-The GLAAD Awards
-The BET Awards
-American Idol
-Movie Premieres
-And more

Massimo also owned 4 of NYC's trendiest restaurants, and 3 in Los Angeles.  Being the 7th generation in hospitality, he ran his family's business composed of boutique hotels and restaurants in the lake district outside of Milan, Italy.

DANA HATHAITHAM 
co-founder/Event Coordinator/LEAD DESIGNER

Dana is a modern day Renaissance woman.  Though she has a degree in BioMedical Sciences, she finds herself following her passions in design, dance, and all elements of entertainment. Her meticulous personality and attention to details, makes her a strong event planner, perfecting every aspect of each special occasion.  She has been making her clients smile since 2002.  From small birthday parties, to baby showers, to extravagant weddings, no celebration is too large to too small to capture her excitement.
